Contract Staffing (Temporary)
Temporary staffing employees perform work at your location, under your supervision while remaining an employee of Luttechub. That means no hiring cost, no firing cost, no unemployment and no workers’ compensation. Luttechub temporary employees are available for assignments as short as one day or as long as you need them.
Permanent Hiring

Contract to Perm
You need to hire someone permanently, but you're unsure about all the intangibles that aren't spelled out on a resume or can’t be tested in an interview. Temp to hire staffing is designed for just this situation.
The candidate you select stays on Luttechub Staffing Resource’s payroll, for up to six months, while working for you. At the end of the agreed upon time period, they will become a permanent member of your staff. If during the evaluation period you find that the candidate is not meeting your expectations, we will find you someone else that will.
